It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn (Kay) Horton, co-founder and Secretary-Treasurer of Military Systems Group, Inc.

Kay died peacefully early Sunday morning, May 6, 2007 at her home in Nashville surrounded by her family. She had been suffering for some time with breast cancer, but continued to support MSG projects until a month before her death. Kay was best known for her strong character and love of family and friends. She made significant contributions to both the defense industry and the field of early childhood development.

Kay’s daughter, Lydia Horton, will assume her position as Secretary-Treasurer. Although Kay will be dearly missed, her legacy will live on through the people she has touched and the strong position in which she left Military Systems Group, Inc.
