Once a job is completed and shipped, we perform a virtual After Action Review. 

But beyond that, we actively seek feedback from the field.  We want to hear from the men and women who use our mounts and swing arms.  They can tell us better than anyone how we’re doing and how we can do it better.

Obviously, if there are any problems we will respond immediately.  If something needs our attention, we put every available resource on the project to find a solution.
