Lydia started at our predecessor, Ramo, while still a teenager. During her years there, she worked in areas from administration to test firing. She began at Military Systems Group in 1984, and since then has spent time in virtually every department: accounting, inventory control, contract administration and export, and BAFT licensing. After the death of her mother, Kathryn Horton, in 2007, Lydia became majority owner and assumed her current position.
