Product Details:
The Low Profile A-Frame is a replacement for the stock HMMWV A-Frame. With the bearing sleeve removed, the Low Profile A-Frame reduces the overall height of the HMMWV by 3 inches making it MH47 transportable. An extension to the bearing sleeve is supplied to bring the weapon sight height to the proper location or can be left out as dictated by the height of the gunner. Due to improved rigidity and tighter tolerances the Low Profile A-Frame improve accuracy of M2HB machine gun by 16%. The bearing sleeve socket has a pressed in stainless steel sleeve to eliminate rusting which has been an ongoing problem.

Brush Guard Bracket Kit for electric winch

Product Details:
The Brush Guard Kit extend the M 1113 HMMWV brush guard 2.4 inches forward to allow the hood to be opened without folding down the brush guard. The ball lock pins originally on the brush guard are replaced with heavy duty bolts and nuts. A much more rigid brush guard results and a better location for hanging assorted combat equipment. The Brush Guard Kits are in use by the U.S. military.

IR Infrared Light Kit

The Infrared Light Kit contains the IR light with cable, connector, mounting bracket and mounting hardware. It is necessary to remove the M 1113 HMMWV blackout light and install the IR light in the same location. The IR light connector plugs into the same location that the blackout light did. The blackout light switch now functions as the IR light switch. The Infrared Light Kit is in use by U.S. military.

Product Details:
The Jack Reinforcement Rails are L shaped and are bolted to each side of the HMMWV. They protect the aluminum body from damage when using a high lift jack on the sides of the vehicle. The steel rails curve into the front and rear wheel wells to protect the body from damage by large rocks or other debris. Shouldered bolts are mounted into the rails to serve as a mounting foundation for rapidly installing or removing outboard ammo can holders or running boards. Backing plates are installed on the bolts on the inside of the vehicle to spread out the load on the body. A ball lock pin attached to a lanyard is used to keep the ammo can bins or running boards from being knocked off. The Jack Rails are in use by the U.S. military.

The Cargo Bed Assault Rails are designed to fit the M 1113 Special Forces configuration vehicle with a turret and C pillar with rear braces. Constructed of steel tubing, the heavy-duty rails are ideal for attaching web gear, satellite antenna brackets and other equipment. The front of the rails attach to the C pillar rear braces and the rear attaches to the existing hole pattern. Backing plates are supplied with the necessary hardware for the attachments. It is necessary to drill two holes in the rear braces for the front attachment. The rear of the rails is extended to incorporate an interface plate for an adjustable height swing arm gun Mount.

The High Lift Jack Mounting Brackets are designed to be mounted on the rear of C pillar on a Special Forces configuration M 1113 HMMWV. The jack slides onto two clevis pins and is secured in position by two tethered linch pins. A bungee is used to keep the jack handle from rattling.

Cargo Bed Rear Floor Reinforcement Plate

MSG produces a large series of HMMWV floor interface plates dependent upon the requirement. These plates attach into the floor of the HMMWV by means of the cargo tie down points already in the stock HMMWV. Any modifications are then added or attached to the interface plate. Additionally these plates will serve to protect the thin floor of the HMMWV against damage during rough use operations. Using this technique no holes are drilled into the HMMWV and HMMWV's can be quickly reconfigured for different missions. Also CONUS based units can procure modifications and deploy them into theater that then can be placed into forward deployed vehicles very quickly. The MSG interface plates are made of aluminum and supplied with all mounting hardware cut to any size and shape and can be provided in any color.

Power Inverter Kit DC to AC

Product Details:
The Power Inverter Kit converts 24 VDC to 120 VAC, 60 HZ, providing a pure sine waveform. The Inverter has a controlled frequency of 60 HZ plus or minus 0.6 HZ with 300 W output through 2 three pin outlets. The Inverter has internal protection against output short-circuit, output overload and high temperature conditions. Also, there is an internal temperature controlled cooling fan. The Inverter is protected from rain by a splash proof cover and mounts on an interface plate attached to the HMMWV vehicle top or the turret bearing support. DC power is supplied through the Auxiliary Power Supply Box (M70-175).

Cargo Box Top and Side Opening

Product Details:
The Cargo Box is a storage unit designed to fit the HMMWV. This box has both top and side openings. The dimensions of this box allow it to be placed inside the rear of the cargo area of the HMMWV and fit between the wheel wells. It can be placed long ways in the cargo bed and serves as a seat for aft crew members to ride and face outward. This unit can be placed into the rear of the cargo bed and placed so that fuel or water cans can be stored between it and the tail gate and still allow the top cover to operate without interference from the cans. This unit is made of aluminum and comes with all mounting hardware to bolt to an interface plate.

Seat Rear Wheel Well

Product Details:
This modification adds one or two seat pads to the left or right wheel wells of the HMMWV. The seat pads are constructed of Cordora nylon and are the same in size as the stock seat pads found on the older series HMMWV. They are attached to an aluminum interface plate ( M70-085 RH and M70-091 LH ) that is then attached to wheel well. The seat pads can be procured in either tan or green.

Rapid Deployment Step Bumper

The aluminum Rapid Deployment Step is suitable for HMMWV cargo trucks that have a rear bumper. The Rapid Deployment Step is used in the urban assault roll to rapidly deploy and recover troops. The hardware is removed from the existing bumper, and the new bumper is installed along with the removed hardware using longer bolts supplied with the step. The Rapid Deployment Step has some interference with departure angle in a rough terrain scenario and is used primarily in an urban scenario.

The HMMWV Radio Table is 22 inches wide and 18 inches deep and has quick release fasteners allowing it to fold back for removal of the engine access cover. The Radio Protection Guard is employed with turreted vehicles to preclude the gunner from accidentally kicking the radio equipment or cables. The underside of the Radio Table is an ideal location for bolting other small equipment such as the Power Bus Box. The legs also can be used for small equipment such as the 12 VDC receptacle bracket.

The Power Bus Box attaches under the HMMWV radio table or other convenient location and receives power from the vehicle battery box. The Power Bus Box has four 24 VDC circuit breaker protected outputs and one 12 VDC circuit breaker protected output. The 12 VDC output supplies a dual cigarette lighter covered outlet type mounting bracket for powering small electronic devices. This mounting bracket can be attached to the radio table leg or other convenient locations.

The MSG Pioneer Tool Kit replaces the stock HMMWV pioneer tool set with heavy-duty tools with fiberglass handles. The Kit consists of an ax, shovel, sledgehammer and mattocks. The location of the kit is moved from under the cargo bed to on top of the hood for easy access. An aluminum interface plate attaches the tools to the hood using existing bolt holes.

The Vehicle Recovery Kit is designed to extract vehicles when stuck in a variety of environments. The kit includes:
1. Chain, 3/8 inch by 15 feet with hooks on each end;
2. Strap, Snatch, 4 inches wide by 30 feet with loops on each end with a capacity of 33,000 pounds;
3. Hooks, 3/8 inch, qty 2;
4. Shackle, 1 inch, 8.5 ton, qty 2;
5. Block, Snatch, Drop Side, 4.5 ton;
6. Steel Cable, 3/8 inch diameter by 100 feet with loops on each end;
7. Bag, heavy-duty for holding all the above equipment.
The combination of recovery equipment allows you to recover your own vehicle or other vehicles from difficult situations. The Drop Side Snatch Block and the extra cable allows you to obtain a 2 to 1 mechanical advantage with your winch when hooked to a distant object. The Snatch Strap allows you to pull another vehicle out with a running start. The hooks, shackles and chain provide a lot of flexibility in the use of the other items.
